Contact enquiries
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, postcode, service choice and message. You can also attach images. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry and avoid including sensitive personal information or images of other people.
Enquiries are saved in the website’s WordPress submissions area and sent by email so our team can respond, discuss a quotation and arrange a consultation. Providing these details lets us take steps at your request before supplying a service. The form also records technical information, such as the submission time, page and IP address, for administration and protection against misuse.
Website hosting, maintenance and email providers process information needed to operate the service. Enquiry records and emails are not automatically deleted when you close your browser. Contact us to ask about an enquiry, its retention or deletion. Records needed for an ongoing job, accounting or a legal obligation may need to be retained.
Optional Analytics and your cookie choice
With your permission, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to measure page visits, successful form submissions, and clicks on telephone, email and WhatsApp links. A link click does not tell us whether a call or conversation took place. We do not send the contents of enquiry fields, uploaded images, names, phone numbers, postcodes or email addresses to Analytics through this tracking.
Analytics is switched off until you choose Accept analytics. Choosing Reject analytics does not prevent you from using the website or sending an enquiry. You can change your choice using Cookie settings at the bottom of each page. Withdrawing permission stops future Analytics tracking; it does not automatically remove data already processed.
Your choice is stored in your browser as lesb_analytics_consent_v1 for up to 180 days. When accepted, Google Analytics can set _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish visits and sessions, normally for up to two years. Browser settings and Google configuration can affect their lifetime. Advertising personalisation and automatic collection of user-provided contact details are disabled in this tracking setup.

Security and third-party services
The website uses security and anti-spam measures, including Google reCAPTCHA on enquiry forms. reCAPTCHA processes technical information to help distinguish people from automated abuse; Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. This security service is separate from optional Analytics. Review widgets and other embedded services can also connect to their providers when displayed.
If you choose a WhatsApp, social-media, email or telephone link, the relevant provider handles that interaction under its own terms and privacy arrangements.
Your information rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to processing, or receive a portable copy. You can withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact us using the details above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
